If your insurance company is covering your repairs, look into 3-4 companies and make sure each of those companies provides a True Claims Assistance Program. This is much more beneficial to homeowners than 3-4 different estimates. At first glance, your initial Insurance Estimate may seem low, but this is a very common occurence. - How long will it take to complete the job?
- Will your crews provide a thorough clean-up?
- Do I pay anything prior to job-start?
